  1. I’m grateful for loving what I do. I’ve been a nurse for 27 years. Through the downright awful times to the best times, I still have great pleasure and feel of purpose for what I do.

  2. Nurses that stock the cart for the oncoming nurses. Nurses that look at the whole patient and call providers and address the pts issues and don’t just pass it on to the oncoming shift to address. Management that supports its nurses.
