What Is The Best Thing A Coworker Has Said To You?

Here's an uplifting question to consider: What's the best thing a coworker has said to you? Better yet, what's the nicest thing you've ever said to a coworker? It stays with you throughout your career and can be recalled during those tough days. Share your "best things" in the comments section below and check out a few of our favorites from fellow nurses.

  1. My co-worker came to me & said, “I want YOU to be my grandson’s nurse – I don’t trust anyone but you with my grandbaby. Will you stay after your shift if he’s late?

  2. What a co-worker told me on a day the unit was packed, “I looked at the board and my heart sank, but then I saw you were on and I knew the work would get done.”
