Job Details

PCU RN needed in San Diego, CA - ICU Registered Nurses must provide top end care for patients with life-threatening medical conditions. ICU Registered Nurses must have the ability to make rapid and accurate decisions while keeping composed during unforeseen, traumatic events.
Responsibilities
ICU RNs duties consist of:

Evaluating the patients progress.
Taking needed steps if the patient's condition changes.
Helping physicians with procedures.
Making sure all equipment is functioning properly while caring for the patient.
Supplying necessary medication in a fast moving, highly stressful environment.
Providing emotional support while updating family members of current health status of the patient.

Requirements
One year of experience as an Intensive Care Unit RN within the past two years.

Current Nursing License in good standing.
Current Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.

Requirements

One year of experience as an Intensive Care Unit RN within the past two years. Current Nursing License in good standing. Current Basic Life Support from American Heart Association. Negative Drug Screen.
