Job Details

ICU RN needed in La Jolla, CA - Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurses must provide top end care for patients with life-threatening medical conditions. ICU Nurses must have the ability to make immediate and spot on decisions while keeping composed during unpredictable, traumatic events.
Responsibilities
Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurses duties include:

Analyzing the patient's progress.
Taking needed steps if the patient's condition changes.
Helping doctors with medical procedures.
Ensuring all medical devices are functioning properly while caring for patients.
Providing needed medication in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
Providing emotional support while updating family members of current health status of the patient.

Requirements
One year of experience as an ICU RN within the past two years.

Current RN License in good standing.
Up to date BLS from American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.
