ICU RN needed in Bar Harbor, ME - ICU Nurses must provide top end care for patients with life-threatening injuries. ICU Nurses must have the ability to make timely and spot on decisions while staying composed during unforeseen, traumatic events.
Responsibilities
ICU Nurses responsibilities consist of:

Evaluating the patient's progress.
Taking needed steps if the patient's condition changes.
Helping medical staff with medical procedures.
Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly while caring for patients.
Providing necessary medication in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
Providing emotional support while updating family members of current health status of the patient.

Requirements
One year of experience as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse within the past two years.

Current Nursing License in good standing.
Up to date Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
