HOME CARE/CBRF RN needed in Portland, OR - The Home Health RN is responsible for providing exceptional health care for the seniors or people who are disabled, in the patients home. Home Health Registered Nurse will generally help the patient with day to day tasks that they can no longer take care of on their own.
As a Home Health RN your responsibilities consist of:

Assisting the patient with eating, bathing, getting dressed, and other areas they have difficulty with.
Supplying medications and recording the patient's vitals on a regular basis.
Provide patients with exercise and diet plans to best align with their current health condition and oversee their daily results.
Transport patients to and from doctor appointments.

One year of experience as a Home Health Nurse within the past two years.

Current RN License in good standing.
Up to date BLS from American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.
