HOME CARE/CBRF RN needed in Anacortes, WA - The Home Health Nurse is responsible for providing high qaulity health care for the seniors or disabled, in the patients home. Home Health Registered Nurse will regularly help the patient with daily tasks that they can no longer handle by themselves.
Responsibilities
As a Home Health RN your duties consist of:

Helping the patient with feeding, taking baths, getting dressed, and other areas they struggle with.
Administering medications and logging the patient's vitals on a scheduled basis.
Provide the patient with diet and exercise plans that fit their current health condition and oversee their daily progress.
Take the patient to and from physician appointments.

Requirements
One year of experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse within the past two years.

Current Nursing License in good standing.
Up to date Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.

Washington has two mountain ranges for you to enjoy. The Olympic Mountains on the Olympic Peninsula and the Cascade Range which stretch south to include the Columbia River Gorge.

Requirements

One year of experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse within the past two years. Current Nursing License in good standing. Up to date Basic Life Support from American Heart Association. Negative Drug Screen.
