CARDIAC CATH RN needed in North Platte, NE - The Catheterization Lab Nurse assists medical staff in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac problems. Catherization lab RNs are responsible for preparing the patient for their procedures, and provide physical and emotional support to the patient.
Responsibilities
As a Catheterization Lab Nurse your duties include:

Checking the patients vitals before, during and after procedures.
Dispensing and recording medication.
Providing treatment when necessary.
Helping the doctors perform varying procedures such as stent placements.

Requirements
One year of experience as a Cath Lab Nurse within the past two years.

Current RN License in good standing.
Current BLS through American Heart Association.
Negative Drug Screen.
