The Senior HRIS Analyst provides advanced-level administrative support for the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function for the company. Development and delivery of content for HRIS system education and training. Responsible for complex reporting needs involving large volumes of data. Oversight of audits to address and improve data integrity. Handles escalated HRIS support issues. Supports advanced data uploads and data validation for system implementations, interfaces and system upgrades. Project work as assigned to meet the company’s HRIS needs.

Essential Job Duties:

Provides advanced-level administrative support for HRIS, troubleshoots complex problems as they relate to HRIS related systems and processes.
Develops queries and complex reports as needed using tools such as Lawson Microsoft Add-ins and Crystal reports.
Works on HRIS projects, such as data conversions and testing for new acquisitions, implementations, upgrades, enhancements and process improvements.
Oversight of audits to address and improve data integrity.
Development, editing and delivery of content for HRIS system training. Supports end-user training.
Oversight of routine maintenance of data tables in HRIS system.

 
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years experience required.

Must have advanced knowledge of HRIS, general HR and Benefits related practices.
Strong reporting skills and experience with manipulating large volumes of data.
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills for complex issues.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Some travel required.
