Position Summary:
Foundations Behavioral Health is currently seeking a fee-for-service psychologist for our BHRS (Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services) Department to complete evaluations at our Philadelphia office. BHRS is a community based mental health program which provides behavioral and emotional support to children and adolescents in their homes, schools and other community settings.
The psychologist is an integral part of the treatment team providing leadership, supervision and consultation to families and treatment staff. The psychologist and team ensure treatment goals are attained through clinical modalities that address both the children's and their families unique needs.
This individual must meet the Foundations standards of clinical integrity and customer service while striving for best practices with the BHRS service delivery system. 
The psychologist will:
1. Complete an evaluation report in the Life Domain Format: a strengths-based interview and written report that identify competencies and resources as well as needs, so that each child and adolescent can be understood biologically, psychologically and socially, resulting in a comprehensive understanding of the child and family.
2. Participate as an active member of the interagency and treatment teams, helping to achieve consensus regarding needs and services and monitoring such progress.
3. Communicate with team members during the evaluation process as needed.
4. Assess and interpret clinical information to be used in the development and implementation of the treatment plan, goals and objectives.

Successful candidate must be a valid Pennsylvania licensed psychologist, with current experience working with children and adolescents in the behavioral/mental health setting in addition to treating children and adolescents with Autism Disorders.

Some evening and weekend hours are required to provide clinical evaluations.
