Windmoor Healthcare, located in Clearwater Florida is a 144-bed comprehensive behavioral health care facility that provides a wide range of inpatient and partial hospitalization programs and services. Our facility has been providing intensive treatment of dual diagnosis issues and the comprehensive approach is highly individualized, designed to guide patients and their families through the process of intervention, assessment and treatment.

We are currently seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our Business Development team. 

 

 

 
Requirements


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Bachelors Degree

• Two (2) plus years of experience in acute or behavioral healthcare
• Must have and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License

• Must have excellent leadership, prioritization, communication, analytic and quantitative skills

• Proven closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills, and professionalism required.

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Windows products.



Must be able to pass the AHCA livescan fingerprinting background screen.
