Position Summary:

Foundations Behavioral Health provides In Home and Community Based Services as a part of our full range of care. BHRS Services are unique given that clinicians help individuals/families with behavioral health problems by providing services in a more natural environment including homes, schools, and community locations. We are currently seeking a full time licensed BHRS Clinical Supervisor.

The BHRS Clinical Supervisor provides leadership for the clinical and programmatic oversight of his/her assigned cases and guidance to treatment team on those cases. Maintains adherence to Foundations’, state, and MCO guidelines and expectations.  The Clinical Supervisor assures notes, treatment plans, and other documentation meets the highest level of quality and integrity and assures that excellent customer service (internal and external) is practiced.  The Clinical Supervisor interfaces with client families, clinical staff, support staff, insurance carriers and other stakeholders constructively using service excellence principles.

 
Requirements

Qualifications: Applicant must possess a Master’s Degree in Human Services/Behavioral Sciences or related field and a valid clinical license. Experienced with managed care and must have prior administrative and clinical experience with children or adolescents. Experience with ASD population utilizing behavior modification techniques, including Functional Behavioral Assessments required. Must have experience with Pennsylvania Medical Assistance and BHR services.  Minimum of one year’s post Master’s experience.  At least one year of supervisory experience, three to five years preferred. Possession of valid clinical license required, BSL preferred.

This position does require some evening and weekend availability.
