Position Summary:

Coral Shores Behavioral Health is an 80 bed state of the art behavioral health facility located in Stuart, Florida. The facility is an all adult, baker act receiving facility. This is a new facility and is currently being constructed. Coral Shores Behavioral Health is a subsidiary of Universal Health Services. UHS is one of the nation's largest and most respected healthcare management companies. We are pleased to announce the following position in which we are recruiting:

Behavioral Health Therapist - per diem - primarily weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities include:

The Behavioral Health Therapist is an essential member of the Clinical Services team. He/she provides for delivery and documentation of age/population specific psychotherapy and social services. Assists family members and referral sources with continuum of care from the admission process through discharge planning. Provides clinically sound individual, family and group therapies within required time frames and establishes therapeutic

 
Requirements

Required/Preferred Qualification:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required, License preferred.

1 year of experience in acute behavioral health setting and knowledge of the Baker ACT and regulatory agencies preferred.
