The Call Specialist coordinates admission functions as directed by the Director or Assessment and Referral, provides crisis intervention services to potential patients by way gathering telephonic information and scheduling no charge assessments, collects data from Inquiry Calls, assessments, etc. and inputs into Health Management system in a timely manner, and assists in coordination of residential admissions with Director of Assessment and Referral.
 
Requirements
Education: High school diploma required, minimum of 12 college credits, or bachelor degree preferred with experience in Mental Health.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting, with direct experience in call management and customer relations.
